Grilled Carrots with Dill

A delicious side for any summer meal.


Through the process of parboiling and grilling, the carrots are infused with hints of garlic and dill making a flavorful side dish.


  • Fresh baby carrots (1 pound)

  • Fresh garlic (4 cloves)

  • Dill weed (1 Tablespoons or to your liking)

  • Olive oil (1 Tablespoon)

Prep. Parboil carrots and garlic cloves in salted water for 5 minutes. Immediately remove carrots and garlic from water with a slotted spoon and transfer to a large bowl. Drizzle carrots and garlic with olive oil and dill and stir to coat.

Grill. Place carrots and garlic in vegetable grilling pan and grill for 8-10 minutes until carrots have a slight carmelized char. Serve with your favorite summer meal.
