Through the process of parboiling and grilling, the carrots are infused with hints of garlic and dill making a flavorful side dish.
SHOPPING LIST / INGREDIENTS
Fresh baby carrots (1 pound)
Fresh garlic (4 cloves)
Dill weed (1 Tablespoons or to your liking)
Olive oil (1 Tablespoon)
Prep. Parboil carrots and garlic cloves in salted water for 5 minutes. Immediately remove carrots and garlic from water with a slotted spoon and transfer to a large bowl. Drizzle carrots and garlic with olive oil and dill and stir to coat.
Grill. Place carrots and garlic in vegetable grilling pan and grill for 8-10 minutes until carrots have a slight carmelized char. Serve with your favorite summer meal.
