Best Crusty Bread
An easy no knead bread.

SHOPPING LIST / INGREDIENTS
All-purpose flour (6 1/2 cups)
Salt (4 teaspoons)
Instant yeast (3 Tablespoons)
Luke warm water (3 cups)
Cornmeal (for dusting pan)
Prep. Whisk flour, salt, and yeast together. Add water and mix until dough is sticky.
Proof. Cover dough with plastic wrap and towel. Proof dough in a warm place for two hours. Dust baking sheet with corn meal. Cut dough into thirds and form dough into smooth balls on baking sheet. Let dough rest for one hour at room temperature.
Bake. Preheat oven to 450 degrees. Place metal pan filled with water on the bottom rack of the oven. Bake bread on the middle rack of the oven for 30 minutes.
